Do I have to go through exams in USA if I finished my MBBS from Philippines?

Philippines medical colleges have collaborations with the US hospitals. Does that mean I still have to appear for an exam to work in the US?

Does this mean I won't have to go through USMLE? Because a lot of websites were talking about it and I'm in chaos.
