    There is flexibility in the way that the University of Petroleum and the Energy Studies Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT) is administered. Candidates have the option of taking the computer-based test (CBT) in person at specified testing locations or taking it online under proctoring from the comfort of their own homes.
