Do I have to select stream for MBA from very first day or after 1st year in IP University Delhi?

Hello Rohan,
While doing MBA you will have to define your stream from the beginning of the year as this will be a part of your specialisation.

The stream is allotted at the time of admission. However, the syllabus is common across all the specialisations in first year.
