Do i have to send my 12 half yearly marks or preboard marks when applying to Canadian universities?

you can send available mark sheets. you need not wait till you get your final mark sheets. based on the available mark sheet you will get admission with condition to complete and then join. it is called conditional offer. but is it necessary to give pre board marks? can i apply without it and still get my conditional letter?

No you do not have to send that. You need the final mark sheet or transcript. You can obtain a transcript from your school.

actually i am currently in cls 12 and i will be applying in December so then also i dont need my 12 marks?
