Do i have to send my 12 half yearly marks or preboard marks when applying to Canadian universities?

you can send available mark sheets. you need not wait till you get your final mark sheets. based on the available mark sheet you will get admission with condition to complete and then join. it is called conditional offer. It is better to apply n advance to get this conditional offer and with this offer letter you can apply fir bank loan also. -
No you do not have to send that. You need the final mark sheet or transcript. You can obtain a transcript from your school.
