Do I have to study all the subjects of 12th or only maths of 11th and 12th to prepare for TUEE?

Yes, you have to be thorough with all the subjects of 11th as well as 12th as the syllabus covers all these topics. If you want, you can prioritize the concepts, but for a proper knowledge the whole syllabus needs to be completed.
