You have to submit the original medical certificate at the reporting centre.

Yes, another medical certificate may be required as they have not mentioned anything specific about this. In FAQs, they have mentioned that there is no need to pay the fee again but he has to report at the other reporting centre for document verification. So, it is better to take make 2 medical cert
