    No, it is not mandatory to submit your fees if you are only going for inquiry.

    Its not mandatory to pay the full fee when come to college, but you have to pay the capitation or some amount to allot your set for an admission in the college. The last day of admission can be decide by the management by no. of student admission. Probably it may end on 1st week of July.

    No need of any payment when you come to take admissions. They will be informing you when to pay the fee. The admissions has been started and it lasts till July before the commencement of the classes !
