Do I have to submit work experience letter to the panel of admission of IIM? I worked as a computer operator in Vodafone care for 13 months.

Hi,
Work experience is never as waste. If you have gained some experience you should go forward and show them. Now its their take whether they want to consider it or not. Work ex will never be negative for you.
