    No, you do not have to write the second paper (Mathematics) of the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical KEAM entrance exam if you are opting only for medicine. The KEAM exam consists of two papers: Paper 1 Physics and Chemistry and Paper 2 (Mathematics). Paper 1 is mandatory for all candidates who wish to pursue courses in engineering and pharmacy. However, if you are specifically interested in medicine-related courses like MBBS BDS or other medical programs, you only need to appear for Paper 1.
