Do I need 75% marks in class 12 to apply for JEE Advanced?

<p>The answer is Yes and No. <strong>You do not need any minimum marks in class 12 to apply for JEE Advanced. BUT, you will need minimum of 75% marks to take admission in any one of the IITs. </strong>You will not be given admission to any IIT even of you have qualified JEE Advanced by do not have minimum 75% in class 12 boards.&nbsp;</p><p>A candidate must have passed class XII (or equivalent) Board examination with a minimum of five subjects (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, a language and any subject other than the previous four) and secured at least 75% aggregate marks.
