Do I need any coaching for IELTS exam to get a score of 8-9 band? I am a 12th student from CBSE board.

There is nothing impossible. You can practice on your own but you need someone who can assist your tasks especially while writing and speaking. If you want to score 8 or 9 band, I will suggest you to take some coaching who are expert in this. You can also approach us as well.
