Do I need Certificate during counseling.
When I filled JEE form for 2023 I filled with gen-ews category After the correction window closed I got a notification my ews Certificate application has been rejected. Will my application form be rejected? Or I can still compete in open category? Please help.

According to the information provided by you, you can appear in the "open" category. Applicants who did not have a valid category Certificate were allowed to change their category from beneficiary to non-beneficiary during registration for CSAB-Special Rounds, according to CSAB counseling guidelines from the previous year. This suggests that even if your Certificate has been rejected, you can still sit for this exam. However, you are strongly advised to mail JEE exam authorities about your issue instead of waiting for admit card issuance for the JEE 2023 cycle.
