Do I need to appear exam of the subject toc applied?
I'm failed in the 2009 kerala state HSE exam. now I'm studying diploma course . I want to join in NIOS. 12th, what is TOC (transfer of credit) AND if I applied it , Do I need to attend the examination of the applied subjects?
