Do I need to appear for any other entrance exam if the college is offering admission on the basis of TOEFL score?

Hi Aryan, TOEFL is the test for English language. Depending on where you want to study there might be more important exams like SAT or ACT which you must take. If US then you must take SAT or ACT, TOEFL is secondary requirement. In countries like Australia, New Zealand, UK admissions are given on basis of academic grades and IELTS or TOEFL.
