If you apply in USA universities, then you have to appear for GRE with TOEFL. For other countries, you don't need to appear for GRE, only TOEFL or IELTS is enough. LOR and SOP are as important as your academic record so you have to add these two in your profile. An excellent SOP helps you to get admission and LORs from renowned professors are also important. But all you need is an excellent academic record. All the best.
