Do I need to appear for GMAT or CAT exam, I have 15 years of work experience?

I want to pursue executive MBA.

No. If you are going or executive MBA, then these exams are not needed.

With your experience the best institute to pursue MBA is ISB (Indian School of Business). Entrance exam is mandatory for admission into any B-School . You can write GMAT for admission into ISB.
