Do I need to appear for JEE-Main exam in order to get admission in Panjab University? If yes, can you please tell me the last year cut-off?

    Yes, it is necessary because admission cannot be done in B.Tech without JEE Mains.

    For getting admission in the Punjab University, there is no compulsion to appear in JEE. You can directly apply for the admission. But, there are both the ways to take admission. You can either take admission based on your JEE ranks, or through the college entrance exam paper. The cut-off for JEE of last year for general caste was 81 and of OBC was 49 and of SC was 32 and that of ST was 27.
