Yes, you need to apply if no communication started between you and college.Contact admission department to clarify details available on website http://www.kiams.ac.in/ -
MAT form and college form are two different things all together. Whether you apply in KIAMS or any other college you have to fill in the college form to get admission in the respective college.The MAT form contains college name so that the scores automatically submitted to the college once the results are out and the college approaches you for admission on the basis of your marks. So fill up the form of whichever college you are applying for.
