No, you don't need to attempt all the questions in the GUJCET exam. In fact, it's not advisable to do so. This is because GUJCET has negative marking, you lose a quarter mark for every incorrect answer. Hence, it's better to leave a question blank if you're unsure of the answer. Rather Concentrate
