Do I need to be good at drawing or sketching to join BDes Product Design?

<p>Being a Design student, the basic skill that you should have is drawing and sketching skills. But don't worry, it is not at all mandatory to know to join the &lt;a href="https://www.shiksha.com/design/bdes-product-design-chp"&gt;BDes Product Design&lt;/a&gt; course in India. But soe of the entrance exams like NID and NIFT specifically conduct the Creative Ability Test (CAT) and Design Aptitude Test (DAT) to test your drawing and sketching skills. So, if you're planning to get admission to NIFT or NID institutes then you will have to work on your drawing skills.</p><p>Hope this helps!!!</p>
