My advice would be to pursue a degree in HM and continue with MBA in HM. This will add up in your profile and have a better career with both technical and managerial skills.

No, with any Bachelor's degree, you can apply for MBA in any field. You are supposed to be competitive enough to clear that entrance and then the competition at further stages. That's it.

No, it is not compulsory to do Bachelors degree in hotel management to get Masters degree in hotel management. Eligibility for M.Sc. In Hotel & Catering Management. No, there is no need as such. You, now, hold a PG degree. So, it is not necessary.

No, it is not mandatory that you have to pursue only hotel management prior to MBA. There is plethora of streams that you can pursue depend upon your interest. It is not mandatory to do Bachelors in hotel management for MBA, you can do Bachelors in any stream only graduation is necessary with minimum score of 50%.
