Through JEE Mains, you will be able to get admission in IIT. But, after clearing JEE advance, you can get admission in NITs and various state government colleges.
You can take admission in these colleges through JEE Mains rank. Below mentioned are the government colleges, which can be compared to top IITs and NITs:
    1. DTU.
    2. NSIT.
    3. IIIT – D.
    4. IGDTUW.
Other universities hold their exam like:
    1. BITSAT
    2. AMUEEE.
    3. KITEEE.
    4. IPU-CET.
    5. WBJEE.
    6. KCET.

JEE Mains is not sufficient to get admission in all engineering colleges. To get admission in IITs, you need to appear for JEE Advance.
