The mode of application form submission for admission to any institute can vary depending on the institute and its policies. Most institutes nowadays offer online application forms for ease of submission and processing. Therefore, candidates are advised to check the official website of the institute

Hello Anjali,
You have to fill up form online only. The admissions are based on the ranking obtained in the entrance exam that is conducted by DU. The announcement for such entrance test is already delayed & is expected anytime now.
