Your B.Com admission in based on your 12th marks and for applying at Symbiosis you need to fill their college online application form with is available on their website.

If you are asking about Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, Pune, then the admission in B.Com programme are based on merit (12th Marks). Hence, no entrance exam is here for B.Com admission. Admission process will start only after the XIIth standard. Results of HSC Maharashtra Board examinations
