Do i need to give any enterance Exam for doing PG in dentestry (OMFS), from Germany?

Sir, im currently doing my BDS 2nd year in india. im willing to do my PG in dentistry[OMFS] in germany . should i write any entrance exam because i heard that its not necessary. tell me about the universities and fee structure

Hi Ashwin, could you please elaborate on OMFS as I don't have the background I do not understand the term. Is it oral and Maxilofacial Surgery or something else.
