Do I need to give any entrance exam for MBA after 8-years of experience & BE in engineering?

If you are looking for 2 years' MBA or PGDM than you have to clear CAT/ other MBA entrance exam. But it's better to go for 1-year executive MBA. You need to write GMAT/GRE. A good score in GMAT will get you into Indian as well as foreign institutes. ISB-Hyderabad is best for executive MBA.
