You need to give NCHMCT JEE for hotel management. -

You just need to prepare for the NCHMCT-JEE exams, that is the entrance exams which is happening in India for hotel management studies. You don't need to prepare for the engineering JEE exams. I would suggest you few books to refer for NCHMCT-JEE. Refer to the link for the same:
