I am sure you are aware that Chandigarh University and Punjab University are two different ones. Whereas CU is a totally Private and News entry into education. Punjab University, PU. Chandigarh is one of the oldest universities in India. There can be no comparison. However, their selection processes are different. CU conducts its own interview. PU takes its own standard exams. Please refer to their websites. It will be certainly easy to get admission in CU.
