Do I need to have 100 percent attendance at XIME? How is the college for a fresher with a little industry exposure?

    Yes.100% is mandatory. Marks are given for attendance so if you miss classes your cgpa will be affected.
    Its good for freshers too. Some freshers too have ended up with high packages of 8.
