To change from CBSE Board to Punjab School Education Board for pursuing your higher studies after completion of your 10th standard, you have to obtain Transfer/ Migration Certificate from CBSE Board along with your 10th standard marks sheet, Bonafide Certificate etc. , and submit it to PSEB to apply
