Yes, choices have to be locked in given deadline for MP NEET PG counselling. Students can edit choice of college and course any number of time before last date. For round-2 counselling choice have to be declared from December 21 till December 22, 2025.

Candidates have to provide NEET PG roll number, security pin, captcha, bank details, mobile number etc. to create profile for MP NEET PG counselling. After providing these details, an OTP will be sent on registered mobile number to generate new password. A message will be displayed once candidates create profile successfully for registration.
