No, candidates do not nee to pay a separate counselling fee for every round. They only need to pay the fee once, during registration in the first round counselling of Uttarakhand BTech admission.

Hi Vijay,
No, there is no fee for the counselling sessions of any college/university. It is a process of seat allotment and nothing is charged from the students for the same.
