Yes, candidates will have to pay INR 1,000 as fee while raising the objection on the CLAT 2026 answer key. However, the fee paid on raising objection for the error in the CLAT answer key is refundable. The fee paid by the candidates while objecting for any concern on the provisional answer key will only be refunded if the objection is accepted. In the other scenario, no refund will be issued.

While the Consortium opens the Objection Window only to raise objection on CLAT Provisional Answer Key. Candidates still have an option to raise objection on CLAT Final Answer Key. But for that you have to write a mail to the consortium at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
