    Yes, you have to pay fully to take admission in a reputed college.

    Hello Ferhana, I can understand your angst and the anxiety. It could be because you have not been able to decide finally as what to do. But I am afraid that thete is nothing like temporary admission. A student needs to pay full fees at the time of admission, of first year. In the unfortunate case of leaving the course, UGC has laid down guidelines as to how much fees college needs to refund. Early the withdrawal, higher the refund : is the principle.
