No, you will be paying hostel fee yearly. Mess fee in two installments after each semester or lump-sum for whole academic year and for semester fee, you will be paying it before each semester.

Well Semester fee for each programme is to be paid prior to the start of semester that means if a programme is running semester wise then one is obliged to pay fee twice a year.

No, It is not compulsory to pay the fee for the 2 semester before joining the LPU. You have to pay the fee on the semester bases. While joining the LPU, you have to pay fees only for 1 Semester. After the completion of Ist semester, the fee notification come on UMS (University Management System) for 2nd semester and you can pay fees accordingly
It's upto you either you can pay it Offline nor Online. Hostel, laundry, Mess fees (if opting for ) is suppose to be paid for the complete academic year I. e. for 2 semesters.

The payments for the fees will be made semester by semester. The annual fees do not have to be paid in full at once. Since there are actually two semesters, the costs must be paid before the start of each semester. You will need to pay the second-semester fee after the second semester has begun. In general, you will pay the caution deposit, tuition, examination fee, and hostel (if you choose) for the first time, and in the second semester, there won't be a caution deposit and the other fees will be paid.

The tuition fees will be paid semester wise. There are two semesters in a year and the fee is paid before the commencement of that semester. At the time of admission you 'll have to pay a tuition fee for the first semester, examination fee for the first semester, prospectus fee, but for hostel fee, you have to pay annual Fee (for 2 semesters). You have the option to pay only Rs 10000 when you register. At the time of joining the programme, you need to pay rest of the semester tuition fee, hostel fee if opted, mess fee if opted. If at all there is unforeseen circumstance that you are not able to join, you can apply for refund before Aug
