Do I need to physically present in Admission Centre after I round seat allotment in NCHMCT counseling?

NCHMCT Counselling says after allotment in I or IInd rounds ie by 10 Jun, candidate to be personally present in Respective Admission Center between 11 to 17 Jun. But at the same time they are calling it as 'Remote Admission'. why is then it is remote admission. Thanks for your replies
