Do I need to pursue a certificate course to restart my carer? I have done MBA in HR and marketing and have a gap year in my career.

Dear Monika, A break in one's career can be a challenge specially in the beginning. Certificate course in HR might not help you much unless you have anything specific in your mind such as HR analytics or payroll etc. Instead brush up your knowledge and start applying, there might be some corporate who would like to hire. You can join recruitment consultancy to begin with, later on can try moving to corporate HR. Best wishes.
