    There are ample of opportunities in this field both in Government and in Private sector for both Graduate and Post Graduate students in this field. A graduate/ post-graduate in this field can get appointed as an Agricultural Research Scientist, Agriculture Officer, Production Manager, Farm Manager, etc. Interested students can also opt for jobs in the field of teaching, banking, and insurance.     Master degree is always a feather in your cap. It helps in promotions too. So, you can go for it along with your preparations for exam. M.Sc. Agriculture is a 2-year post-graduate course in the scientific process of agriculture and agricultural studies. A candidate has to be a B.Sc. Graduate in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Forestry from a recognised university in order to be eligible for this course. The admission to the programme is based on performance in the Entrance Examination and the academic record of the student in graduation.
