    Most of the prestigious colleges in India take admission on the basis of CAT, XAT and other entrance exams. So, you have to qualify them if you want a good college.

    It all depends on the universities / colleges. Many colleges require only the graduation certification for MBA, while the higher rank colleges ask for CAT, XAT. So, you have both the option. All the best.
