Nope you don't usually need NEET to get into a BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) program. Most colleges either take students through their own entrance test or just based on your Class 12 marks in Physics, Chem, and Bio.

You can't be sure about the decision of govt. in the upcoming years but if you are going to do physiotherapy course in this year or next year then there are many colleges which take admissions without considering NEET for physiotherapy.
