Do I need to score 75% in 12th boards to get admission in NIT for B.Arch or above 50% is considerable?

No, there was no considerable in marks, if you want to get admission in NIT, then you will get 75% marks in 10+2. Otherwise, you will get top 20 percentile of respective board.
