Do I need to score 75% in HSC to appear for JEE Mains or to take admission in NITs and IIITs?

    It is not needed to appear for the Mains paper but it is required at the time of admission in any IIT NIT or GFTI as according to the JEE Mains guidelines.

    Yes, 75% in HSC is necessary to get admission in NITs and IIITs.

    Hi,
    This is just the eligibility criteria to give JEE Advance examination. You can get 76% and can get to an IIT. Just study properly for both the exams. Good luck.

    Admissions in IITs/ NITs/ IIITs and other CFTIs at least 75% marks in class 12th, or be in the top 20 percentile in class 12th class exam conducted by the respective board, to qualify for admissions. For SC/ST candidates, the qualifying marks are 65% marks. This is the minimum criterion.

No, JEE Mains scores are not compulsory for admissions to the BTech course at Sai University, because the university also takes other entrance exam scores into account to get students. The scores that the university accepts, apart from the JEE Mains scores, are SAIU CAT, SAT, and other national/state-level engineering exams.

CCSU JEE MAIN Cutoff 2024 was released for admission to BTech course and its various specialisations. According to the CCSU BTech cutoff 2024, the cutoff ranks were in the range of 255179 to 1244485 for the General HS quota. Among all, B.Tech. in Computer Science was the hardest course for admission, followed by B.Tech. in Information Technology, with the last round closing ranks being 255179 and 358537, respectively.
