    You graduation marks are required at the time of admission. Try to clear all your backlogs (if any). Maintain the 50 percent aggregate throughout your graduation.

    No, that is not true.
    Any final year graduation student can apply for CAT.
    For writing CAT, exam degree marks are not considered, but you should not have any backlogs. If you crack CAT, you will get admission in a good college but with backlogs, it may not be possible.
