Do I need to score passing marks in the additional subject (maths) to get admission in SRCC for B.Com (Hons) in economics?

I have scored 99% in HSC (top five subjects).

    If you are scoring 99% in the other five subjects then you are a topper.
    I think, there is no need to pass any additional subject.
