Do I need to secure both, the qualifying cutoff and overall cutoff, in RRB Group D exam?

There are two types of RRB Group D cut off. One is qualifying cut off and the other being the overall cut off. Candidates are required to secure both the cut off marks in order to qualify the exam. RRB Group D cut off is decided by the examination authority to select candidates for the next round of selection process.
