Yes, a few documents have to submitted along with the application form. These documents are required for verification purposes. Find below documents (photocopies) to be enclosed with the application:

Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
Bachelor's degree and mark sheets
Admit cards (for age verification)
No-objection certificate from the present employer
Recent passport-size photographs
