<p>No. The candidates are not required to submit a print out of the SAEEE application form to the authorities. There is no requirement to send any printed forms/account statement/bank or institution challan copy, etc. unless otherwise requested by the institution authorities. However, the candidates are advised to note the application form number, login username and password for future reference. In case the candidates forget their application form number, they are advised to contact the authorities immediately.</p>
