Do I need to surrender my UG degree if I give my NIOS 12th improvement exam (ode) in 2024 or 2025 after completion of my UG degree?

My credentials are- 55.6% marks in 2018 from CBSE and 55.2% in B.A (2018-2021). I am currently enrolled in PG from IGNOU. I want to give improvement from NIOS in any 2 papers to take it to the 65-70 marks.
