Yes, definitely, if you want to take admission in good colleges then you must have to give entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, MAT, etc.

Most of the B-Schools select candidates for PGDM and MBA based on entrance examinations. There are few lower rank B-Schools which may give you admission based on your academic performance.
