Do I need to take UGC NET again after completing M.Phil or Ph.D?

I want to get a good government job.

I don't think there is any such requirement in any sector.

The validity period of the offer is two years w.e.f. the date of issue of JRF Award Letter. However, in case the candidates who have already joined M. Phil./ Ph.D., the date of commencement of fellowship shall be from the date of declaration of NET result or date of their joining, whichever is later

The issue is not this. Disappointing is the mandate of the policymakers and policies. If we can not trust our M.Phils or Ph.Ds, why we offer them. One who invests time in research will be employed later, one who appeared and by chance gets in the list of objective type questions exam gets a job.
